Check out News/Events for a great way  to get an introduction to kiteboarding!

See you at the Beach!

Our kiteboarding school is based on four individual lessons. It takes our instructors 9 to 12 hours to communicate all the information needed to learn to kiteboard safely. Seasoned wakeboarders are the easiest to teach as they have the board skills required. With no board skills, you may want to take a few extra lessons.

All classes are taught in pairs if possible. If you do not have a friend who wants to learn, we will pair you up with someone. The learning curve is cut in half when you take a class with someone at your level. Lessons are 3 hours each! There is about 1.5 hours at the begining that we do not need wind. We learn to rig, derig, and bar safety. After you have flown the kite for approximately 3 hours, we introduce water rescue and kite relaunch in the water. Neither one of these skills requires wind to teach. We spend time on the beach simulating the skills involved(takes approx. 1 hour). So 2.5 hours of time is spent simulating skills needed and rigging, the rest of the time we spend doing lessons is very wind dependent.
